Build timelines

Indicative timelines (days or weeks) are estimates based on typical projects. Actual delivery depends on scope, complexity and how promptly requirements and feedback are provided.

Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information about their business processes, timely feedback during build and test phases, and access to any existing systems relevant to the work.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, custom systems built for a client are transferred to that client. Third-party platforms, libraries and integrations remain governed by their respective licences.

Liability

Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question.
